Daniel Shporin
After a couple weeks in Texas with my co-founder, we're excited to unveil a major new update for ChartFlow that takes our academic EHR to the next level. Check out the full list of new features below 👇
Mobile Friendly Educational EHR
We've completely revamped our mobile experience.
This new release includes a more visually appealing and user-friendly interface that works seamlessly on any device.
We even updated our backend, allowing our support team to answer tickets on the go!
So no need to run our EHR on fancy devices, laptops, or large screens. Use any old phone or used tablet and you're good to go—even scanning medications!
New Realistic Orders Page
We've designed a new page layout to more closely resemble the design & functionality you'd find in most major Inpatient & Outpatient EHRs.
You can now easily Add New Orders and log Actions such as Pending, Ordered, Checked, Given, Held, Refused, and more.
Images & Diagnostics
We now support the ability to upload image files directly into a flowsheet!
This is the first step to having a complete Images & Diagnostics section, rich with X-Rays, MRIs, CT Scans, and more.
Stay tuned for future updates as we expand this section.
Multi-Med Pass
Just as you would expect in the hospital, you can now scan multiple medications at once!
This has been one of the most requested features since our launch. We hope it makes your simulations more realistic.
Search Improvement
The logic behind searching for medications, labs, and orders just got a whole lot better.
We're not Google (yet)... but we're working on it!
Grading Update
With the help of our early adopters, we've improved our Grading functionality to easily switch between Students & Instructors.
We're always looking for feedback from our educators when it comes to Grading. Let us know how we can make our system as seamless as possible for you and your students.
New Respiratory Documentation for Students
We've recently completed our pilot program with Respiratory programs.
We thank them for all their help as we release new flowsheets based on Educator & Student feedback.
We now have an entire submenu dedicated to Respiratory documentation, including a Respiratory Assessment, Interventions, Ventilator, O2 Therapy, and more.
What’s Next
Over the next few months, we'll be focusing our attention on expanding our Orders database and adding new Case Studies to our Patient Template library.
Any topics or scenarios you'd like us to include? Shoot us a quick email with any ideas.
On the tech side, we're switching gears for a bit to work on backend & administrative updates.
